| (i) | यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए अपना फोटो और हस्ताक्षर स्कैन करना चाहिए कि फोटो और हस्ताक्षर दोनों फोटो और हस्ताक्षर को स्कैन और अपलोड करने से संबंधित दिशानिर्देश के अंतर्गत दिए गए अनुसार आवश्यक विनिर्देशों के अनुरूप है। |
| (ii) | एक वैध व्यक्तिगत ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर रखना चाहिए, जिन्हें इस प्रक्रिया के पूरा होने तक सक्रिय रखना चाहिए। बैंक पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से परीक्षा इत्यादि के लिए कॉल लेटर भेज सकता है। यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास कोई वैध व्यक्तिगत ईमेल आईडी न हो तो वह ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पहले अपना नया ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर तैयार/प्राप्त कर सकता है और उसे उस ईमेल अकाउंट और मोबाइल नंबर को बरक़रार रखना चाहिए। |

| 1. | उम्मीदवारों को डीजीएमएस की वेबसाइट http://dgms.gov.in/ में जाकर विकल्प "ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें" ("APPLY ONLINE") पर क्लिक करना पड़ता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप एक नया स्क्रीन खुलेगा। |

| 2. | आवेदन का पंजीकरण कराने के लिए, प्रथम श्रेणी / द्वितीय श्रेणी की परीक्षाओं के लिए नए आवेदकों के लिए टैब "नए पंजीकरण के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करें" ("CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION") का चयन करें और नाम, संपर्क विवरण और ईमेल आईडी प्रविष्ट करें। सिस्टम द्वारा एक कैंडिडेट आईडी और पासवर्ड उत्पन्न होगा और स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देगा। उम्मीदवार को उस कैंडिडेट आईडी और पासवर्ड को नोट कर लेना चाहिए। कैंडिडेट आईडी और पासवर्ड की सूचना वाला एक ईमेल और एसएमएस भी भेजा जाएगा। यदि उम्मीदवार डीजीएमएस की प्रथम श्रेणी / द्वितीय श्रेणी की परीक्षाओं में पहले ही बैठ चुका है तो आप डीजीएमएस के पास सबमिट किए गए या उसके पास उपलब्ध सभी डेटा को लोड करने के लिए "मौजूदा उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण" ("Existing User Registration") का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। |

| 3. | यदि उम्मीदवार एक बार में आवेदन पत्र को भरने में असमर्थ हो तो वह "सेव करें और आगे बढ़ें" ("SAVE AND NEXT") टैब का चयन करके पहले से प्रविष्ट किए गए डेटा को सेव कर सकता/सकती है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन को सबमिट करने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में भरे गए विवरणों को सत्यापित करने और जरूरत पड़ने पर उन्हें संशोधित करने के लिए "सेव करें और आगे बढ़ें" ("SAVE AND NEXT") सुविधा का इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह दी जाती है। नेत्रहीन उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र को ध्यानपूर्वक भरना चाहिए और आखिरी बार सबमिट करने से पहले भरे गए विवरणों की सटीकता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उन्हें सत्यापित कर लेना चाहिए या सत्यापित करवा लेना चाहिए। |

| 5. | आवेदन में उम्मीदवार और उसके पिता/पति इत्यादि के नाम की वर्तनी सही-सही लिखनी चाहिए जैसा वह प्रमाणपत्रों / अंकपत्रों में दिखाई देता है। कोई परिवर्तन या बदलाव पाए जाने पर उम्मीदवारी निरस्त हो सकती है। |
| 6. | ‘अपने विवरणों को सत्यापित करें’ ('VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS') बटन पर क्लिक करके अपने विवरणों को सत्यापित करें और ‘सेव करें और आगे बढ़ें ('SAVE & NEXT') बटन पर क्लिक करके अपने आवेदन को सेव करें। |
| 7. | उम्मीदवार नीचे दिए गए पॉइंट "C" के अंतर्गत बताए गए फोटो और हस्ताक्षर को स्कैन और अपलोड करने से संबंधित दिशानिर्देशों में दिए गए विनिर्देशों के आधार पर फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने के लिए आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। |
